In-Warranty Repair: Service Instructions for Repairs Under Warranty

Greetings!

For defects or malfunctions of CHANGEN Electronic Technology products arising from product quality issues within the warranty period, CHANGEN Electronic Technology shall provide free repair services.The basic rules for free repair services are as follows:
CHANGEN Electronic Technology shall bear the freight costs for delivering the products from its location to the customer’s address.
For permanently installed equipment or equipment that is inconvenient to disassemble, CH ANGEN Electronic Technology may provide on-site service.
Out-of-Warranty Repair: Paid Repair Service Instructions

Greetings!

For malfunctions of CHANGEN Electronic Technology products occurring outside the product warranty period, CHANGEN Electronic Technology may provide paid repair services.The basic rules for paid repair services are as follows:
The customer shall be responsible for round-trip freight charges. CHANGEN Electronic Technology will include the freight cost for delivering the repaired product from its location to the customer’s address in the repair fee.
For permanently installed equipment or equipment that is inconvenient to disassemble, CHANGEN Electronic Technology may provide on-site service, and the customer shall be charged corresponding fees for parts and labor. The labor fee is 800 RMB per day plus round-trip travel expenses to the customer’s location.
Prior to providing paid repair services, the customer is required to sign a repair contract. The final repair price will be calculated based on the actual cost of replaced parts and travel expenses, which shall be paid by the customer.

Detailed Operating Instructions:
After-Sales Repair

1. The customer clicks [After-Sales Repair], fills in the after-sales problem, and submits the application.

2. CHANGEN will communicate with the customer by phone or request the customer to return the product. The customer needs to go to [Me] – [After-Sales & Repair Records], click the after-sales order details, and fill in the express logistics information.

3. CHANGEN will start the repair after receiving the product.

4. After the repair is completed, CHANGEN will deliver the product to the customer.

Gift Application

1. Click [Gift Application] to enter the gift list and claim gifts for free.

2. Each customer can apply for only one free item per gift type. For other claiming rules, please refer to the details on the corresponding gift page.

3. CHANGEN reserves the right to reject any application without condition.
