Service Request Entry
1. The customer clicks [After-Sales Repair], fills in the after-sales problem, and submits the application.
2. CHANGEN will communicate with the customer by phone or request the customer to return the product. The customer needs to go to [Me] – [After-Sales & Repair Records], click the after-sales order details, and fill in the express logistics information.
3. CHANGEN will start the repair after receiving the product.
4. After the repair is completed, CHANGEN will deliver the product to the customer.
1. Click [Gift Application] to enter the gift list and claim gifts for free.
2. Each customer can apply for only one free item per gift type. For other claiming rules, please refer to the details on the corresponding gift page.
3. CHANGEN reserves the right to reject any application without condition.
